LSO in ESS through NWBC

Hi all,

I am having the same question what it is asked in the below 2 threads.

LSO and NWBC Possible ?? | SCN  &  LSO services for ESS

Is it possible for employee to apply for training or view the training calendar in ESS using LSO in NWBC..??

Or only the managers/admin can nominate employees for training using LSO..??
