how could SAP MII destination get message from PCo (Socket agent）

  two questions:

     1. if the flag means the Socket agent all works well?

     2. if the configuration all correct, how could I get the message by MII BLS Transactions?

     I've got a document told me to choose PCo Query using 'TagFixedQuery'，but I could not find this mode .
