I have a query about Inbox search in Interaction center. I recently customized the 'Quick seraches' for the agent business role and assigned this search as default. Now the first search criteria is " assigned to, main catergory, timeperiod and status". I can see that the criteria changed accordingly, except for one criterion- 'DATE TYPE' . Though date type is not added in the quick search it appears in the screen. Another curious behaviour is that for another role where date type is added in the quick search it is not appearing. I have not changed anything in the 'view configuration' (ICCMP_INBOX/InboxAdvancedSearch). Please advise.
