Data Table & Trigger File

Hello Everyone,

I have a request; however, I don't know how to resolve. Please can you take a look at the below and advise?

Step 1: Data Table
Once a day, refresh a BW table with following fields, for ship dates back to 90 days from the current day:

1. Ship Date
2. TransID
3. Bill of Lading Number
4. Weight List Number
5. Weight in KG or pounds (whichever is easiest for
   you)

    Step 2: Trigger File       
Write a daily trigger file which will give notification once above jobs in Step 1 are loaded 

How do Igo about this? Points will be awarded!
