Crystal Reports multiple table linking errors

I have crystal reports version 14.1.1.1036 recently installed, Now I cannot link multiple tables into a report. I found registry fix for the add table error, but now when I hit the link table it crashes.

is there a service pack or registry entry that can fix this ?
