select options in function module

Hi ,

          I have a doubt in function module. How to use select options in function module tables ? I already use the structure (low,high,sign,option) . In source code while giving where condition  it shows error as the following snap shot while using the statement  [where a~ZZVEHICLE_ID in VEHI_ID1]
