How to learn SAP efficiently as a new staff?

Now I have worked in a foreign-owned enterprise as  a SAP consultant.I don't know much about SAP,and we do not have inner  training about this.Therefore,I have to learn it by myself.it is very difficult for me. Who can give me some advice? Thanks so much ~~
