Substitution check at Project level

Hi All,

I need to know that it is possible from substitution if I assigned 'person' at 'Person Responsible' field at Project level so after creating WBS, automatically 'Person Responsible' is assigned but in changed mode so I can do that once assigning 'Person Responsible' at project level, at WBS level it should be available in 'Display' mode only.

My second question is that,at project level,I'm getting finish date at project level so is it possible through substitution that when I create project, it's date should be blank.
