Upload tiff file with transparent

Hi Experts,

Could anyone give the steps to upload a "tiff" file which has transparent background?.

I've been getting the error "TIFF format error: No baseline TIFF 6.0" when I try to upload from the program RSTXLDMC. Even it's not allowing to upload from SE78 transaction. I have to upload a digital signature for check printing and cannot use white background here. 

Initially, I got PNG format and then converted the file to "tiff" transparent by using Photoshop. I searched in forum but did not any solution on this one.

I would appreciate your help.
