Hi there,
we have requirement where we have to group the employees based on thier election for HSA Plan type, how can this be achieved?
Team Member only $800 Annual
Team Member + Spouse $1600 Annual
Team Member + Children $1600 Annual
Team Member + Family $1600 Annual
Below are the limits for the HSA Plan:
Maximum contribution equal to $3,050 individual/$6,150 family
How can we differentiate between employee only and emp + Spouse etc. No age/sal/seniority applies
Any suggestion please???
