SAP BI Publication - mHTML format for crystal report does not display data well.

Hello All,

I have created a BI publication that is scheduled to burst data from a crystal report to individual users using the mhtml format as output.

However, when I specify the "Report HTML content" in the body of the message with mHTML format selected, when the publication runs, the data in the email comes out to be in an incorrect format as seen in the first screenshot below:

Is it possible to burst the data using BI publication in mHTML format and have the output email format exactly the same as the crystal report format in screenshot # 2?
