Concurrent Access Licences not allowing for concurrency...

Hi,

Preface:

I've just installed Crystal Reports Server 2008 V1, and have configured it for URL reporting.  We have an external web application with password-protected users that occasionally run reports, so we have 5 concurrent access licences (CALs).

I'm finding that when a user runs a report via a URL like this: http://reportapp.domain.com/CrystalReports/viewrpt.cwr?id=2488&apsuser=rv&apspassword=123 ... it creates a session for concurrent user "rv" and that session hangs around for a very long time (hours?). This creates a problem when the 6th user (because we have only 5 CALs) tries to run a report, they get a logon page with a red error message that says "All of your system's 5 Concurrent Access Licenses are in use at this time or your system's license key has expired. Try again later or contact your administrator to obtain additional licenses. (FWB 00014)".

Also, the user "rv" is configured as a "Concurrent User" in the Central Management Console (CMC), and I've seen some posts that seem to say there is no solution for this, but I'm not settling for that.

I have a 2 part question:

1) Can this be fixed, and how?  (Otherwise, these don't appear to function like true CALs)

2) Can I customize the error message somehow?
