I have Crystal Reports XI and it works fine when I connect to Oracle. I have downloaded Crystal Reports 2013 and using the same settings I keep getting "Unable to connect SQLState=08004 ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified" I have the same settings in the ODBC and my TNSnames.ora is setup and working; I can do a TNSping from Oracle. I have tried to go into the "C:\Windows\SysWOW64" to add the ODBC connection but the test connection gives me the same error. This has to be a simple fix or something I am overlooking, any ideas?
