Schedule a Notification

Hi All,

 

I am trying to schedule a notification, Lets say I got a Service ticket created today and SLA to resolve is 2 days and 2 hours before SLA breach I need to send a notification, So I am looking at defining the workflow but on scheduling the Workflow, the rule type notification disappears, any reason why?

I thought of sending email but email requires a template which isn't required
