Changed Account determination dependent on employee grouping

Hi,

My client wants to changed the  account determination dependent on employee during the year. I have changed the configuration and inserted the new GL with respect to employee grouping.

Now for employees who have one payroll results everything is ok, but for the employees who have more then one payroll results (Retro) system is generating error.Message No. 3G203

error "message 3G203 appears- Account with the following search key was not found"

Is there anything I am missing out? Is it possible to change GL account during the year?
