SAP C4C Error Occured

Hello Everybody,

I was working on the custo of the tab Individual Customer, I had a fail save (no big deal).

Then, I logged again, I opened Account -> Individual Customers but I can not read the informations about each IC, I have this message:

'An error occurred. If the error occurs after restarting the screen, open an incident.'

I opened one 2 days ago but no answer.

Could someone help me maybe?
