Unable to get the mapping logic

Hi Experts,

Please help in the below mapping logic. I am unable to get the logic.

Requirement : When the QUALF field equals to ZN then TEXT  field value(R) had to pass to target filed (D_310). I have tried but i am not getting  the solution. Please help on this.
