Modification Possible in Home page!

In the below document I would like to cover possible modification allowed in home page features in Hybris Cloud for Customer , how to make changes and possible modification.

In the home work center you can add/remove Reports, Scorecards and KPI.

Note :

1. Settings and Tools option will help to modify the home work center.

2. Under Settings you can maintain required Columns, Auto Refresh duration and option to default to Home Page.

We are having two options to modify the home work center

1. Personalize
2. Adapt

Personalize - With personalize you will be able to modify the home page with respect the user.

Adapt - With adapt you will be able to the home page with respect to business role.

How to set Auto Refresh in Home Page with respect to user and also with respect to business role in HTML.

• Home Auto Refresh settings for single user
• Home Auto Refresh settings for business role.

Home Auto Refresh settings for single user

1. Go to Home work center.
2. Select Settings icon and select Personalize.
3. Select Settings.
4. Under Auto Refresh select appropriate time for the question “After how many minutes?”.
   
   

Note: By default in Silverlight homepage, auto refresh triggers once every 5 mins and in HTML UI it is 15 mins. You can only change this settings in HTML.

Home Auto Refresh settings for business role
   

This can be performed only by Key User/ Administrator.

1. Go to Home work center.
2. Select Settings Icon and select Adapt.
3. Select the respective role from the list and click Ok.
4. Again select Settings Icon and click on Edit.
5. Select Settings.
6. Under Auto Refresh select appropriate time for the question “After how many minutes?”
7. Select Publish.
8. In the pop-up screen select “Update only the tiles you’ve changed”.
9. Click on Publish.

Note: The changes you publish will overwrite the personalization settings for everyone with this role.
