Long Text Template / Format Changed

Hi Experts,

In CA10 long text, previously the text was showing in the form of note pad or word format, but now it suddenly changed to the traditional grid form.

I have two question related to this. On another PC it is working fine.

1- What is reason of this automatic changed ? if there is MS word issue, how will I get proof ?

2- How will I get the previous format in word or note pad?
