"No Data Available" in HRMSS_TASKS_G application

Hi Experts,

 

Need one input on the MSS Approval lane functionality in SAPUI5 HR Renewal.

 

We are trying to show HCM FPM Forms related work-item in this inbox but no work-items are coming. We are using the application HRMSS_TASKS_G application.

In the bottom of the screen I can see NO DATA AVAILABLE message. No error observed in Gateway or ECC box.

 

We are having Gateway and ECC as two different systems and based on this fact I have tried to do all the configurations:

1. Have created system alias in Gateway box for my ECC box.

 

2. In Gateway box, inside /n/iwfnd/maint_service tcode, I have added 3 services TASKPROCESSING v1/v2 and   

    HRMSS_OTHER_APPROVALS_SERVICE. While adding I have NOT referred to local system but to system alias of my ECC.

 

3. Have added my workflow id inside the SPRO node "Maintain Task Names and Decision Options" in ECC box.

 

4. Have activated HRMSS_TASKS_G service in SICF in ECC box.

 

Just FYI and maybe relevant to this discussion,

 

Note: Our load balancer is installed on Gateway box, which decides whether to re-direct to ECC or Gateway based on the URL i.e. example URL

http://GWURLDUMMY/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/HRMSS_TASKS_G/index.html?sap-language=EN 

 

    /sap/opu/  --> GATEWAY BOX

    /sap/bc/   --> ECC box

 

Above URL will automatically hit ECC box.

 

Have checked many blog and discussion but none of them worked for me.
