SAP Fiori: error access in app. (Could not open app. Try again later)

Hello experts!

Could you please help me with the issue below?

Every time that we tried to open an application in the Fiori Launch, an error message is issued:

All configuration was done following the tutorial: "How to Guide: SAP Fiori - Adding a Custom Workflow Scenario to the SAP Fiori Approve Requests in 6 Steps"

We are using the "Approve Requests" standard application with Custom Workflows in ECC (through Scenario Configuration).
