Need to Determine Most Recent Update in Cube

Hello,

I am unsure if I am posting this to the correct forum so let me know if this needs to be moved.

We have data loading from a planning cube to a DSO (to be used in a smart form) and the transformation is not capturing the most recent update to the infoobject 0FISCPER.  I can see the date and time fields in the planning cube but they do not reflect the most recent update to 0FISCPER.   I feel I need to load 0FISCPER based on the last update to a key figure but cannot figure out how to get this in the rule details for 0FISCPER.

Please advise.
