Webi- Lowest level of hierarchy objects display only

Hello All,

I have a hierarchy defined say Country->State->City->Street. Hierarchy object is created in BW and when I use the same object I can see All the four levels of hierarchy on my webi report.This is fine,

I have  another report required to display only the City values. How can I display only the City values out of the hierarchy in the webi report? When I chose the level as 3 in "Relative Depth" in Results panel, it still shows the parent nodes which I dont want to see,

Kindly help me on how can I display only the city values? We are on 4.1 SP6.
