Hi Experts,
We are facing issue in Production, where some reports based on Infoset(Built on Two DSOs and 0Material) are not working.
Below is the analysis we have done so far:
1. We have moved some changes to Production on Dec12th. But didnt touch the Infoset. We made changes to its underlying DSO(added some infoobects).
Note- Infoset was inactive since long time in Production system, users were accessing reports. Issues identified from Dec30.
2. We checked in Dev and QA systems, reports based on Infoset are working fine
3. We activated infoset and sent it to produciton, but still reports are not running.
4. We tried to display data on Infoset in RSA1- Even for 200 records also not working. It resulting in short dump.
