Integration Fiori Equipment App with My Contacts App

Hi All,

I want to bring all the Machine list under a Sales Representative in My Contacts App. Equipment Fiori App has backend ERP, where as My Contacts App has backend CRM.

* Is there any standard app which lists down all the Machine details for a Sales Representative?

* Or Can this be achieved using Fiori Customization. can i bring the Equipment details inside My Contacts App.
