Hello SAP BO AO Heroes!!!!
Hereunder is my problems description.
- Problem with authorization variables by customer exit
- I have built Authorization concepts thanks to a DSO containing the authorized values for a couple of objects per user
- On top of it I built a user exit variable and the relevant authorization object which I assigned to my user (according to the SAP Note 1561635)
- I am allowing to set either blank or "*" values for a given object (my exit manage both)I have implemented a Step 3 in order to manage the non authorized values messages
- I tried with a Customer Exit direct input ready and not input ready
- Result:
- When I run the Analysis for office report (or even with the bex it does the same), I never get any restricted values but all the possible values
- I tried also to do a normal Customer Exit input ready managing the step 3. But even if I trigger an error (error message no RAISE --> RAISE has no effect) the behaviour is the same
- Second problem: How can I (if possible) change the display of Prompt in Analysis for office to get the same layout as in BEX Analyzer (for several multiple values, having only one line but separated by ";")?
I am in the middle of nowhere because I am sure I already did that in the past and it worked. I am even not able to make the SAP Note working!
