My requirement is client has annual leave quota of 26 days/year
They wants to generate 2.16 days leave per month (26/2=2.16 days)
but the employees are eligible to take leave only after 1 year completion of service in the organisation.
after the completion of 1 yr, Emp will get 26 days Annual leave accumulated to his quota, but before 1 year he is not applicable to annual leave.
is their any possibility where we can generate leave every month for annual leave quota, and it should reflect in the payslip everymonth.
but Emp should not be able to apply, unless they completed 1 year of in service.
Also, these leave will be carry forwarded every year.(1st jan)
