Hello Dear Experts,
I work for INDAI payroll.
I have an issue to address and am unable to do so.
My query is:
For a few employees - There was a salary hike in the month of Apr' 15 and the gross after that was more then 15,000/-. Now because the it is 15K+, hence I considered that for these employees ESI should not be deducted and the system did the same. ESI did not got deducted.
But My client says that - The ESI should be deducted for these employees (Though their earnings in 15K +) till Sep' 15. And this is a standard rule.
So how do I do that in the system?
Please Help me out.
