We have a requirement where the sales person submits a form to customers via email or printed format for all Quotes created in C4C. The format and language needs to be based on the region where the customer is based. C4C must propose the correct localized version(s) of the Output Form based on a combination of Customer Sales Area Data & Preferred Correspondence Language.
We've enhanced CustomerQuote business object for this purpose and using a copy of the standard Sales Quote Template. I understand that to cater for forms in different languages, we create variants of this form template. I've also specified details under From template selection(though I can't specify which variant needs to be used). Despite this, when I logon using another language, I see the form which is saved a template, not the variant of it.
1. How do i retrieve a form of a different language via C4C?
2. How do I translate the adobe form in C4C as I do not have access to text modules, SO10 or wdui_visibility parameter via C4C.
Can someone please guide me as to whats the best approach to achieve this requirement.
