HCI to ERP connection is refused

Dear All,

Request expert insights on the issue that we are currently facing while trying to trigger a load from C4C to ERP.

The load is successfully sent from C4C to HCI, from HCI to ERP it shows up "Connection Refused" Error.

Below is the text for your reference:-

Inbound processing in endpoint at /COD/ERP/SERVICEREQFOLLOWUP failed with message

"Fault:Could not send Message.", caused by "ConnectException:errno: 111 (Connection refused),

error: Connection refused

Any helpful pointers on the same are appreciated.
